For Individuals and Families

This area of support focuses on building practical skills that help individuals prepare for participation in volunteer, training, or employment settings. Support is individualized and strength-based, with an emphasis on confidence, communication, and real-world expectations.

Areas of focus may include:

  • Interview preparation and confidence building

  • Understanding workplace or volunteer expectations

  • Transition planning and routine development

  • Communication, self-advocacy, and organizational skills

For Organizations & Staff Teams

Pilot programs and practical tools designed to support staff working in recreation , community, and care settings. These offerings focus on inclusive facilitation strategies, engagement planning, and building staff confidence when supporting diverse participants. 

May Include

  • Structured group program pilots

  • Facilitation tools and activity guides 

  • Strategies to support participation, communication, and engagement 

  • Resources to support consistent, inclusive practice
